Has OSAKA changed after nearly 3 decades ?

Starting my Japan trip this April 2014 I did not fly from Bangkok to Tokyo and took a Shingansen from there to OSAKA as I had done in my 1990 trip with JICA.

Welcome to Kansai 

This time I made a family trip. We arrived at Kansai Airport, another Japan international airport in Kansai region, early in the morning and then took an airport limousine from there to JR Namba (OCAT) station in central Osaka. It took us nearly an hour to arrive at the station and at last we checked in at a hotel at the heart of the city. .

Our first excursion is to visit this famous temple with beautiful environment and nice Sakura gardens 

We visited temples, parks, food streets and underground market especially the one at JR Namba station.

These are pictures of OSAKA in April 2014 that I made a family trip to see, eat, enjoy riding Japan Trains and  enjoy walking at the under ground Japan Rail Station or JR.
